Abstract

The new revolutionary approach applied in Cuban Education called “universalización”, is a challenge for our High Cuban Education, which is facing a series of substantial changes in its plans and study modalities; and an even bigger challenge constitutes to substantiate from philosophical, social, and didactic bases, the professional formation, based on professional competence of the students from these university studies; what we intend is exactly, to give a scientifica lly based answer to this present problem in the University of Pinar del Río, as well as in the rest of the Universities of the country.
