The Environmental Education in the Search of the Sustainable Development

Abstract

This article analyse s the environmental education as a complex and present field of pedagogical studies, where Education, Communication and Environment constitute an unbreakable symbiosis. The relationship between these concepts is approached from a systemic perspective, in which the elements that transcend are the synergies produced as a result of interactions between the components of the system. It also proposes the communicative approach of environmental education, which takes for granted an holistic teaching of environment from communicative situations.
