The career guidance toward technical careers: a need in Techn ical and Proffesional Education

Abstract

This study is the result of the research experience of its authors in the area of career guidance for over five years. These notes will be used as digitized information product for the development of the career guidance techniques careers and in the training of skilled workers, and technicians . Our research contains the theoretical and methodological referents underpinning career guidance, and we d escribe the activities under professional guidance strategies, enabling the reader to learn "the how" to do an efficient career guidance, leading to compression of the need and importance of the study of the technical and educational professions, contrib uting to the development of professional motives and interests in students, so that they can take a self - determined position in the election process, training and professional performance.
