Results of the application of a system of soft areas to improve the quality of learning English in pre-university

Abstract
The current article presents the reached results of a research related to the development of the communicative competence of speaking in English for high school students through the applications of softasks. This implies a higher and more efficient use of the new technologies the cuban revolution has applied in the educational system in order to improve the quality of learning and the level of culture.
