Abstract

A methodological request has been strengthened in the last decades, which asks for a critical thinking about the economic reality, taking into account certain principles and fundamental processes, generalized to higher states of matter development. In this way, the principles of thermodynamics or the biological evolution appear as epistemological perspectives of knowledge. The matter is how to design a new “economy of sustainability” which do es not destroy the natural resources a nd the ecologic systems that support it. So the Ecoeconomy emerges aiming at the reconstruction of the biophysical bases of the economic process which claims for the economical efficiency, social justice and sustainability.
