The role of the tutor in the university micro Secondary School. Challenges and Prospects

Abstract
This article presents the results of the staff of professors who teach the subject "Introduction to Secondary School", that belongs to the Entire General Formation of Secondary School Professor s at the University of Pedagogical Sciences "Rafael María de Mendive" in Pinar del Río. This article deals with the particularities, challenges and author ́s views about the work of the professor-tutor inside the Secondary School, as well as the importance of the professor-tutor ́s work in the range of changes that are taking place in today ́s Cuban education. In the analysis of the term "professor-tutor" we can find approaches of a group of authors from the National Bureau of Secondary School.
