Motivation and it´s history

Abstract

In the present article, a critical and historical análisis of the antecedents of the process of motivation is made, from the theoretical and methodological point of view. The works of researchers of different tendencies or approaches are remarked, they are the theoretical and methodologic al bases for the study and development of the process of motivation and motivation for the study or learning in our days. This shows its social, pedagogical and scientific importance, in the development of latter works in this area of human knowledge.
