A Poetry Workshop in Preuniversitario

Abstract

This article explains and validates a didactic-methodological experience, which propitiates the development of abilities for understanding and constructing the contemporary poetic text in the preuniversity students, due to the deficiencies detected in the sample study object at this level. There have been established as basis for the design of the proposal, the most modern theories about understanding texts, as well as the principles for the dynamics and the creativity in a literary workshop, chosen methodological alternative to undertake our task. The selected textual support is integrated by representative authors of the Cuban and universal poetry.
