Abstract
This article gives special importance to the active character of the human psyche and it’s transformational role in world - man interaction, the thought-language relation ship; the latter as a means of communication where there is an influence of the historic-cultural factors to comprehension, reflection and messages construction. The dialectic materialistic and historic cultural vision of language which is covered, forms a part of the theoretic grounds of foreign language interactive teaching the author of this article develops.
