What about the use of teaching aids in the classroom of Foreign Languages ​​in the province of Pinar del Rio, Cuba?

Abstract

This article approaches a forgotten theme in the classrooms of foreign language teaching and omitted in the curriculum of the University of Pedagogical Sciences of Pinar del Río. In the English language classrooms of the different Educational subsystems it is perceived that the students do not develop communicative competente, inspite of the new conceptions of the Third Educational Revolution. In counseling visits to lessons the lack of use of teaching aids has been detected. The scientific basis for its use is not known by the generation of teachers who are standing in the classroom. In this article some considerations on this topic are presented.
