The development of the repair skill in the masonry specialty

Abstract

The article is about the development of professional skills in the masonry specialty, as well as the didactic strategy to develop the professional ability to study in the first year of that specialty. The results of the diagnosis revealed insufficiencies, which negatively affected the training of skilled workers, to integrate into the world of work, and training for the work that society demands. Research methods were used at the theoretical, empirical and statistical that with the determination of dimensions and indicators facilitated the evaluation of the applied didactic strategy. The practical significance is provided by the didactic strategy, with each of the actions proposed in it, in each one of the stages that allow the students to develop the professional ability to work according to the demands of professional model.
