Abstract
The present article has as fundamental objective to reveal a new tendency in connection with the use of errors in the prep aration of headmasters, and for that it is developed an analysis of the international current situation of this topic, and that of the spheres of professional performance in which with more frequency the directives come into errors. Finally there are prese nted some procedures that can help to its progressive elimination.
