The daily preparation of directors is one of the strategies followed by our country since they play an important role to improve the quality of our educational system. The educational system demands well-prepared professionals to change the society, it depends of the knowledge they have about the problems that surround them as well as the individual and collective preparation they carry out from a humanistic point of view aiming at changing and improving their way of acting. The present time s require the formation of the new generation with a general knowledge of the world.
