The Web: a way for training

Abstract

The training process has been researched and discussed in multiple instances, as increasingly urgent need to prepare people for the task they perform. Technological progress now allows to consider other alternatives for the training of specific personnel. This article makes an assessment of the close relationship there is between the training process, and computer and information sciences, and at the same time gives an overview of what would involve training through the Web.
